Our Tenant Move-In Process
1. View Available Apartments
Prospective renters browse our current vacancies online or contact us directly to discuss available units that match their needs.
2. Schedule a Tour
We arrange an in-person or virtual showing so applicants can see the apartment, ask questions, and get familiar with the property.
3. Submit a Rental Application
Interested renters complete our rental application and provide required documents such as ID, proof of income, and employment details.
4. Tenant Screening & Approval
We conduct a full screening—credit check, background check, income verification, and rental history review—to ensure all applicants meet our criteria.
5. Lease Preparation & Signing
Approved applicants receive their lease agreement outlining terms, building rules, payment details, and move-in instructions. The lease can be signed digitally for convenience.
6. Security Deposit & First Payment
Tenants secure the unit by submitting the required deposit and initial rent payment before move-in.
7. Move-In Scheduling
We coordinate the move-in date and provide all necessary information, including parking details, elevator access (if needed), and move-in guidelines.
8. Pre-Move-In Inspection
Our team prepares the unit and performs a final inspection to ensure it is clean, functional, and ready for the new tenant.
9. Key Pickup & Orientation
On move-in day, tenants receive their keys, fobs, and any access instructions. We walk them through the basics—maintenance procedures, emergency contacts, and building policies.
10. Welcome Home!
Tenants settle into their new home knowing they have a dedicated team ready to support them with any maintenance or leasing needs throughout their residency.
